In my case, I think it works both ways, stress makes it worse and the psoriasis make my stress worse.

Yes, It did for me anyway. I experienced my worst flare ups while still in high school, the stress of deadlines and final exams certainly didn't help. Since then I have learned to not take life too seriously, some things just aren't worth stressing over especially with the effect it had on my skin!

I am a stay at home mom, and I "don't sweat the small stuff."  However, I did move last year and I noticed that when my body is stressed the Psoriasis is aggrevated.  I should note that at the time I did not know what I had and since finding out that there's are not a lot of cold hard facts about this disease, I find that the frustration of it tends to make it worse.

I think stress is one factor for me with my flare ups. My grandpa passed away at Christmas and the stress of exams and projects doesn't help my flare ups.
