anyone meditate?

i've heard that meditation can be very beneficial to people with psoriasis by alleviating stress. just wondering if anyone practices meditation and if any noticeable results were observed

    Yes, it really does, as when you meditate you actually focus on one point and the positive energies start flowing inside you, which neutralise the negative particles in your blood stream, it also activates the blocked energy channels, if you continue medidate daily for longer period you will get your spritual power revived and increase, your energy aura around you, will increase day by day and you will be protected by different kind of diseases not only stress. I used to do it and also try to do sometime. I would suggest every psoriasis patient should do it daily at least 20 minutes.
