What do you do when you come to this site?

For sheer curiosity, I am wondering what people do when they log in.  What kinds of things would you like to see here?  Any suggestions, articles, or updates are welcome.

    I hope to find ppl that can relate first hand to what I live with, that's my main interest. Not to have to talk about it often as we al know what it's like but to share any ideas that help in times when it may be worse and what we are like in general to feel our life consists of more than this condition.
